Hearing Aid: Warranty service- Hearing instruments that were fitted by us will be serviced at no charge while under warranty. If purchased elsewhere, there will be a handling charge for warranty repairs; or a service agreement may be purchased that would cover warranty repairs as well as in-office services, such as minor repairs, cleaning, and programming adjustments.

Hearing Aid evaluations-A hearing aid evaluation will include the measurement of the pattern and degree of hearing loss, loudness perception characteristics, speech understanding in quiet and noise, and analysis of listening needs.

Visible Speech Mapping-In-the-ear measurement of the audibility of live or recorded speech

'Visible Speech mapping' is now available and being used to more accurately fine tune hearing aids.

Visible speech allows the audiologist to use actual speech sounds when programming your hearing aids. What this means is that we can now use the very sounds that you have been missing to adjust your hearing aids for optimum effectiveness.

By using live voice, either from a family member or friend or a pre-recorded sample, the output of your hearing aids can be visualized on a computer screen for detailed analysis.

Most digital/programmable hearing ais are capable of very discreet adjustments in gain and output. Now with visible speech, these advanced hearing aids can be much more accurately programmed for your specific hearing needs.
