Office Policies
A licensed audiologist will complete diagnostic evaluations in a certified, calibrated test environment.
We provide services and products by appointment during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
Payment for services and products is expected when they are received an can be made with cash, personal check or Visa/Mastercard. If necessary. we can arrange other payment options. Medicare does not pay for hearing aids. We will bill your insurance whenever possible.
Hearing aids are dispensed with a 30-day return privilege. If a hearing aid is returned, we will assess a nominal fee to cover professional services and materials. All instruments are dispensed according to Pennsylvania State Department of Health laws and regulations.
